Hope For Haiti Benefit Concert

I am fairly certain that we have all lost sleep over the tragedy in Haiti. To imagine a disaster of that magnitude affecting my life and the lives of those I love is nearly overwhelming.

Eventually buildings will be reconstructed, people will be cared for, and lives will return to some semblance of normal, but the rebuilding of the church will inevitably take a back burner. This benefit concert is specifically for the purpose of rebuilding and restoring the Christian church in Haiti. Our pastor recently shared with the congregation that hours after the main earthquake hit, groups of God's people had banded together in the streets, singing hymns of praise to God.

If you have a free evening, bring your family to Valley Bible Fellowship Church this Friday night, January 29th, at 7pm. Be prepared to give freely to the Lord, with the intention of supporting our brothers and sisters in distress.
