The nights are going a little bit better...

Recipe for a (better) night's sleep:

Mannatech Plus
Calm Tea
Ferrum Phosphoricum
Lavender Balm
Adrenacalm
Sleeping on the floor with three pillows

And an occasional Tylenol PM.
